ScopeHand

Limited pilot

Terms of Use

These terms describe responsible use of ScopeHand during its limited pilot.

The service

ScopeHand is a software tool that helps contractors collect job requests, review project information, prepare estimates, and record customer decisions. Pilot features may change as the product develops, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Contractor responsibility

Contractors are responsible for reviewing each estimate, including scope, quantities, prices, taxes, assumptions, and customer communications. ScopeHand does not replace professional judgment or the contractor's responsibility for business, licensing, safety, tax, or trade decisions.

AI assistance

ScopeHand may provide AI-assisted analysis of submitted job information. AI output is decision support only, may be wrong or incomplete, and must be reviewed by the contractor. AI does not set estimate pricing or make final business decisions.

Information and photos

Users must have permission or other authority to submit customer information, job details, and photos to ScopeHand. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for preparing or managing the job request.

Acceptable use and account security

Do not use ScopeHand for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity, or to interfere with the service. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Pilot changes and support

ScopeHand may update, limit, or discontinue pilot features as the service is tested and improved. Questions about these terms or pilot access can be sent through the support contact provided during onboarding.
