Contact and location
Collect name, phone, email, and a structured service address so the request starts with basic context.
Customer job intake
Give customers a structured request link for their contact information, service address, description, and job photos. Their original submission stays preserved for review.
One organized request
Customers can submit a request from a mobile browser without creating an account. ScopeHand keeps their submitted information with the resulting lead.
Collect name, phone, email, and a structured service address so the request starts with basic context.
Preserve the customer’s own description separately from later contractor notes or AI-assisted analysis.
Accept supported JPEG, PNG, and WebP images through validation and private storage boundaries—not a public uploads folder.
Review boundary
When analysis is requested, ScopeHand can identify supported facts, possible inferences, missing information, follow-up questions, and possible materials. The contractor reviews the output; it may be incomplete and never determines price.
The original request is not rewritten by the analysis.
Inferences and suggestions are presented as decision support, not verified site conditions.
A provider problem does not prevent the contractor from reviewing the lead or preparing an estimate.
